Malaysia’s leading telecom company Maxis never stops raising the bar and exploring what’s best for consumers, with outstanding services across Asia, Middle East, North Africa and South America.
Through a partnership with Maxis, Public Design, and FITCH, the second Maxis Concept Store opened its doors at The Sunway Pyramid Mall in Kuala Lumpur. Following the success of The Gardens Mall concept store earlier this year, the digitally-driven store delivers new levels of connectivity and customer experience, shifting the organisation from a utility-focused brand to a lifestyle brand.
From immersive screens, lifestyle content, and café-style service counters, to robots and app-enabled services, every touchpoint boldly reflects Maxis’ ambition to be the go-to technology provider for Malaysians.
To elevate the experience further, the team created a mobile game for a large format touchscreen where customers can test their reflex and skills, further reaffirming the concept store as a destination to relax, explore and play.
