FITCH was tasked with repositioning Medela as an empowering lifestyle brand for mothers. To address the brief, we created a physical identity designed to connect likeminded mothers around the world. At the core of its brand ethos, Medela promises to make an impact by informing and educating women to find solutions to suit their everyday needs.
The new Medela experience begins by helping the customer to identify products they need, by asking the right simple questions in a quiz, in order to provide insight into what would suit their lifestyle best and where to find the products.
Customers can explore product ranges through tactile and educational displays. Complex products are communicated clearly through product stories, educating the customer and making sure they are aware about the different benefits between each product. Testimonies from other likeminded mothers helps to build credible product ratings and empowers customer through relatable experiences. Product stories are curated through a hands on approach, explaining step by step adjustability and helping mothers to find the perfect fit with confidence.
