Living at the heart of Shanghai, ONE ITC is a convergence of culture and commerce, where luxury meets society. Our brief was to express ONE ITC in a way that inspires, engages, and energises Chinese millennial shoppers and world travellers.

The result is a bold and youthful brand that bursts with vibrant colour while expressing a sense of sophistication through the crafted typeface. The essence of modern luxury is brought to life by iconic visual language, stylish photography and extraordinary digital retail experience, powered by the FITCH MXP mall operating platform.

Covering 2.5 million sq. ft. of gross floor area and hosting some of the most exciting brands in the world, ONE ITC deserves the power of a bespoke tool to enjoy it. The world’s first FITCH MXP with facial recognition function goes beyond just navigation, amplifying the 5-storeys of flagship stores, exquisite cuisine and entertainment that are on offer through state-of-the-art technology. AI-enabled facial recognition technology creates custom-made content (e.g. promotions, product suggestions, the latest in-mall happenings and more) to satiate the curiosity and meet the changing needs of today’s demanding customers, making the retail experience truly seamless and personalised.
